How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Glossify account and all associated data at any time.

From the App

• Open Glossify and go to Settings
• Scroll to the Account section
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

Via Email

Email us at taylorm@kindly.fyi with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email associated with your account.

What Data is Deleted

• Account information — name, email, user profile
• Edit history — all photos and edits
• Usage data — daily usage counts and generation history
• Subscription data — status (cancel active subscriptions separately via App Store/Google Play)

What Data is Retained

• Anonymized analytics (aggregated, non-identifiable)
• Transaction records (as required by law)

Processing Time

Requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.

Important

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Cancel active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play before deleting
• Downloaded photos on your device are not affected
